2021 Ramadan Campaign for Members: Terms and Conditions
The Crescent Wealth Superannuation Fund (ABN 71 302 958 449) (Crescent Wealth Super) is a regulated superannuation fund which makes investments to benefit its members. It is Australia’s only Islamic superannuation fund. Crescent Wealth Super offers four investment options (Conservative, Balanced, Growth and Balanced Growth).
A Gift for Members
For existing members of Crescent Wealth Super with a balance of [$1000] who choose to increase their superannuation balance [by combining or consolidating your superannuation funds or otherwise making a direct contribution to your Crescent Wealth Super account not less than $15,000 by [9:00 am] on  April 2021 – [12:00 am] 30 May 2021. You will receive an UberEats Voucher to the value of $100 (Gift). The Gift is provided by Crescent Wealth Funds Management (Aust) Ltd (ABN 32 144 560 172, AFSL 365269) as the Promoter of Crescent Wealth Super (Crescent Wealth Funds).

Terms and Conditions
(Entry Period) Commencing at [9:00 am] on  April 2021 – [12:00 am] 30 May 2021 (Sydney time).
(Eligibility) The Gift is offered to any existing members of Crescent Wealth Super with a current balance of [$15,000] (Eligible Persons). Any addition to your superannuation account with Crescent Wealth Super need to be received by 30 June 2021.
Eligible Persons are not an employee, agent, representative, officer or director of the Promoter or the Promoter’s agents, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional, advertising agencies, sponsors, suppliers of a Gift; or a person who is a member of the immediate family of any of the above.
Any decisions taken by Crescent Wealth Funds in relation to eligibility shall be final.
(Acceptance of Terms and Conditions) Any Eligible Person who submits an Application Form is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions disclosed here.
(How to Enter) Eligible Persons must complete an Application Form during the Entry Period.
(Redemption) Redemption of the Gift is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by UberEats and will be redeemable directly. Any unused balance of the Gift will not be awarded as cash.
(Right to Refuse, Amend or Withdraw) Crescent Wealth Funds has the right to refuse to issue a Gift if we consider that you have not acted in good faith. Crescent Wealth Funds may otherwise terminate, or amend the terms of, the Gift campaign at any time and will notify you if this occurs through our website. In the event the Gift campaign is terminated, we are not obliged to provide a Gift to any person.
(Inconsistency) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any advertising materials, including but not limited to the Promoter’s social media, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
