Introduction to New Members

The Crescent Wealth Superannuation Fund (ABN 71 302 958 449) (Crescent Wealth Super) is a regulated superannuation fund that makes investments to benefit its members. It is Australia’s only Islamic superannuation fund.  Crescent Wealth Super offers four investment options (Conservative, Balanced, Growth and Balanced Growth).

Eligible members may apply to acquire Death, Total and Permanent Disability and/or Income Protection insurance cover through Crescent Wealth Super. Insurance cover available is not automatically provided to members as insurance is generally not approved as an Islamic compliant product. Crescent Wealth Super does not offer a pension product.

Join Crescent Wealth and Receive a Welcome Gift 

If you decide to join Crescent Wealth Super and comply with the Terms and Conditions specified below, you will receive an UberEats Voucher to the value of $100 (Welcome Gift or Offer).  The Welcome Gift is provided by Crescent Wealth Funds Management (Aust) Ltd (ABN 32 144 560 172, AFSL 365269) as the Promoter of Crescent Wealth Super (Crescent Wealth Funds).

Any decision to become a member of Crescent Wealth Super must be made based on the disclosures provided in the Crescent Wealth Super Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) available from www.crescentsuper.com.au.  It is recommended that you read the PDS in its entirety to assess whether Crescent Wealth Super will meet your needs and objectives.  We recommend that you take any advice from a licensed financial adviser prior to making a decision to join Cresent Wealth Super

Fees and charges may apply in circumstances where you exit your current superannuation fund and you may lose any insurance benefits that you currently have. If you have any pre-existing medical condition, you may not receive equal insurance coverage.

Terms and Conditions

(Entry Period) The month of Ramadan 2021 commencing at [9:00 am] on [9] April 2021 – [12:00 am] 30 May 2021.

(Eligibility) The Welcome Gift is offered to any new members who are Australian residents over the age of 18 as at the commencement of the Offer who elect to transfer or rollover any existing superannuation benefits in the amount of not less than $15,000 to Crescent Wealth Super by completing the (Application Form) available at https://crescentwealth.com.au/uber-ramadan by the end of Entry Period (Eligible Persons).  Any Funds need to be received to open your Crescent Wealth Super account by 30 June 2021.

Eligible Persons are not an employee, agent, representative, officer or director of the Promoter or the Promoter’s agents, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional, advertising agencies, sponsors, suppliers of a Welcome Gift; or a person who is a member of the immediate family of any of the above.

Any decisions taken by Crescent Wealth Funds in relation to eligibility shall be final.

(Acceptance of Terms and Conditions) Any Eligible Person who submits an Application Form is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions disclosed here.

(How to Enter) Eligible Persons must complete an Application Form during the Entry Period.

(Redemption) Redemption of the Welcome Gift is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by UberEats and will be redeemable directly. Any unused balance of the Welcome Gift will not be awarded as cash.

(Right to Refuse, Amend or Withdraw) Crescent Wealth Funds has the right to refuse to issue a Welcome Gift if we consider that you have not acted in good faith. Crescent Wealth Funds may otherwise terminate, or amend the terms of, the Welcome Gift campaign at any time and will notify you if this occurs through our website. In the event the Welcome Gift campaign is terminated, we are not obliged to provide a Welcome Gift to any person that becomes a member of Crescent Wealth Super, and/or has an account balance of $15,000 or more, following any decision to terminate the Offer.

(Privacy) Eligible Persons agree and accept that the Promoter will collect certain personal information disclosed on the Application Form.  Any personal information will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at crescentwealth.com.au/privacy.

(Inconsistency) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any advertising materials, including but not limited to the Promoter’s social media, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
